The Limestone Classics Series
The Limestone Classics Series comprises residential and commercial building veneers in genuine Indiana Limestone: Rockford Estate Blend, Vanderbilt Classic, Berkshire, Patio & Pool, and Trim & Accent. The line covers the standard styles and sizes of veneer, flagstone paving, treads, and pool coping specified across the series.
Within Building Veneers, the series is built around three finishes on the same genuine Indiana Limestone: Vanderbilt Classic® (sawn), Rockford Estate Blend™ (tumbled), and Berkshire® (split face). Each is a different face treatment of the same material, so a single project can mix finishes while remaining one consistent stone.
Where the Stone Comes From
Indiana limestone formed over 300 million years ago and has been the nation's building stone of choice for nearly 200 years. Approximately 80 percent of the dimensional limestone used in the United States is quarried in Indiana.
